I am currently using a 7Artisans 60mm f2.8 macro with an additional 16mm macro ring. Does it make sense to use a Raynox with the lens or will it be impossible with the depth (with or without 16mm ring)?

Hoi Roger
It depends on the camera. Since there is no macro ring for olympus lens at 60mm f2.8 I thought it would work with this attachment lens. Unfortunately my kamara only focuses at 11cm otherwise not. A colleague recommended Raynox for full-frame Canon. I would test it first to see if it works with your lens. I prefer to invest money in a macro sled and a stable tripod. I hope this information helps you with your purchase decision. FG Ingrid

My experience is that for the Raynox DCR -250 or 150 at least a focal length of 80 mm is required. Otherwise there is shading at the edges. Image quality is OK so far. Greetings, Christian
