Samsung 970 Evo

I am currently assembling a PC with the M.2. mainboard is an Asus Strix Z370. Now for the question: will the SSD be recognised directly by the bios and can I install Windows 10 on it immediately?
Go!
It is recognised directly from the EFI, my Z270 has a setting so that it can run on X4 instead of X2, this would be on the Z270 on the M.2.2 slot not on the first, you have to be careful. I don't know the Z370, but the Asus should have the same setup, the Samsung run on X4, it will only be on X2 by default. And I can also recommend the software for it, even if it's only temporary, simply to keep the firmware up to date. You may also find the latest drivers on the Samsung homepage, although Windows already provides good ones, but you never know.
Yes should work.
