I am confused by the "jack 3.5mm RCA" connection. Can I plug the cable into my sound card as normal, or do I still need an adapter from RCA to "normal" jack 3.5mm?

The speakers are connected via a 3.5mm jack. The left speaker is connected to the subwoofer via RCA (chinch). However, the cable is fixed to the speaker. All the cables I needed were included.

No, you don't need an extra plug, it's the 3.5 mm plug

You don't need an adapter, everything was included and suitable for jack 3.5 in the sound card.
