Question about Garmin Drive 50 LMT Travel Edition
I am a little confused. Does it say "Europe + World" map coverage, but only lifetime updates for Europe? Are maps for America also included?

Yes, they are included but not on the device. It doesn't have room for all of them. With Garmin Express you can remove the maps you don't need at the moment and load the US maps on it. I assume that the US maps are also included in the Life Long Update, but I can't find any explicit reference to this.
