Question about Adobe Photoshop Elements 15

Photoshop Elements is primarily used to manage the photo collection and edit the photos with simple tools. For the creation of flyers, brochures or publications, for example, the programme Microsoft Publisher (included in the Office Pro 2016 package at digitec (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/microsoft-office-pro-2016-office-esd-5642624); however, it is relatively expensive; alternatively, it can be obtained as a stand-alone programme from Microsoft; however, it is also relatively expensive at around CHF 150).The programme takes a little getting used to, but it is possible to create diverse and good publications with it.

Elements offers good possibilities for editing photos. For occasional layouting of flyers, PagePls X9 from Serif is recommended at the moment for an incredible 25 francs. Although it will soon be replaced by a successor product, it serves its purpose very well in its current version.
Drawing tablets can probably be used in all reasonably new graphics programmes.

I am satisfied with Foto Shop Elements 15.
Can't answer your question though because I only use it for certain special functions - e.g. resizing, etc.
I mainly use Adobe Lightroom 6 for editing.
