I also used this transmitter with a Huawei P20 without any problems.
Now I have the Huawei P30. The connection works straight away, only the music is very quiet.
When I set the rotary knob on the car radio to full volume, something quiet can be heard in the speakers.
What could this be?

The volume must also be set on the mobile phone. It is best to set it to maximum.
