Question about digitec connect Mobile subscription with 12-month data flat rate

I also ordered the data flat package on 14 May 2020 and already paid by credit card.the delivery date was shown as ready for delivery from stock within 5 days.I think it's a shame that Digitec is now acting totally overloaded and delaying delivery dates like this, especially for SIM cards with a subscription.that's not the way to go...
