I almost bought this, but am now seeing so many negitive things about Intel I-9 chips and that they just stop.. And no one wants them now.

My neo Ultra with i9 chip was delivered last Friday (10 January 2025). After yesterday's installation of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023, or rather the attempt to do so, the start button on the neo Ultra now flashes quickly..... and nothing works anymore. 
I don't yet know whether this is due to a processor error or something else.
