Questions about Lenovo ThinkCentre neo Ultra

My neo Ultra with i9 chip was delivered last Friday (10 January 2025). After yesterday's installation of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023, or rather the attempt to do so, the start button on the neo Ultra now flashes quickly..... and nothing works anymore. I don't yet know whether this is due to a processor error or something else.

Replacing the graphics card in the Lenovo ThinkCentre neo Ultra with a more powerful one such as the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 is not possible without problems. I was able to do a search and according to the manufacturer the following is installed as NPU: - 1x "Lenovo CARDPOP BLD M.2 8GB LPDDR4X DNPU card"

I was able to do some research and according to the manufacturer's specifications, the memory is as follows: Memory: 2x 32GB SO-DIMM DDR5-5200 Graphics memory: NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4060 8GB GDDR6 The latest memory in this system has not yet reached DDR6.

I was able to do a search and according to the manufacturer's data, the Ethernet port is equipped with 1Gbit/s.
