Question about ASUS Strix Z270f Gaming

Heat-conducting paste is already applied to the stock cooler, so you don't necessarily need it, unless you want it because it's better. The rams are very expensive and with 2400mhz quite slow, I would take 2666 or grad 3000 with max. CL15 or 16, also available for about 200-220CHF. No SSD??? Power supply and CPU seem underpowered in relation to the expensive mainboard. At least 80+ Bronze or SIlver would be something together with modular cable management. CPU, the 1600 would be more interesting, because it would have 6C/12T and the better stock cooler, I think.
