Question about Tefal Smart'n Light

It is quieter than most kettles. it does give a pretty loud beep when the water has boiled.

However it lasts for maybe 30 seconds and then it's over.

If you are thinking "I live in a small apartment, will my flatmate/partner/other human living near wake up angry if I put the kettle on at all hours?" The answer is its not quiet. There is a crackling sound and a whooshing that is definitely noticeable. It then turns into a bubbly sound. Not insanely loud but noticeable.
