Question about Huawei AP38 Super Charge

I don't have any measured values at hand, but it feels like a world away. Especially when using the mobile phone as a navigation system (high consumption), it is still enough for proper charging and not just for holding the existing charge.
I was shocked at first because of the high price, but then I bought one for the other car within a short time.
I don't know anything better.
