Question about Arctic Freezer 13
How much air pressure does the fan produce in mm/H2o? The air flow rate does not seem particularly high to me in m3/h. Would the fan be replaceable?

Unfortunately, there is nothing in the technical data. The fan is not really exchangeable, it is clipped onto the outside of the heat sink with four clips (it is shown in the manual, possible on both sides). If the dimensions fit, it might be possible to insert screws between the cooling fins.
