If we're talking about the power supply, on this motherboard I have a 1000W power supply. A 4090 RTX "O", one of the latest AMD CPUs, 64 ram, no worries.

Why do you want to know how many watts the mainboard can handle? Check the mainboard manufacturer's website to see if the selected CPU is supported.
