How many internal SSD ports does this laptop have ? can you install the system and important applications/data on 2 SSDs with RAID 1 and also install a larger drive for games, media and less important data, e.g. 2x 512GB and 1x 2TB ?

Raid is not present as far as I can tell. There are only the two M2SSD connections.
I have replaced the one SSD with a 4Tb in two partitions without raid. It is not intended by Medion that you can get into the Bios or UEFi. Explanation of warranty cases due to worn-out hardware > Hobbyists without the necessary experience are excluded.
