No kidding, you probably mean additional fans.

I have done the work and have gone to the various suppliers. Suppliers
MediaMarkt, siroop, melectronics, microspot. ..... Result: nothing
Even on the Acer website: The G6-710 is no longer available with GTX1050Ti, but even the model with the 1080 doesn't mention extra fans.

So, I'm going to go out on a limb and

say that there are no extra fans installed, BUT, nowadays most manufacturers install a 100-140mm fan in the back to get rid of the heat from the CPU and VLLT one in the front to cool the SSD/HDDs, but I won't give you a guarantee for that.

But hey, let's be honest, if there aren't any in there. Just buy some more, it doesn't cost the earth either.
