Exactly, each member of the family can redeem one code. However, no more than 1 code per phone number can be redeemed from the same promotion.

1 code is valid per phone number, not per group of 5. And yes, you can redeem a code from another promotion again in a year.
Additionally, what is meant by "connection"? "Only 1 code of the same promotion can be redeemed per connection. Please note that there will be no refund if we subsequently reduce the relevant charges."
