Question about Corsair 7000D Airflow TG
How is the noise insulation? Nowhere is it mentioned how the case carries the noise to the outside. Can it compete with the beQuiet case in terms of insulation?

The case is designed for high airflow and cannot necessarily be used as a low-noise case, but it always depends on the components installed.
If you attach great importance to low noise emissions, there are better options, e.g. BeQuiet Silent series, Fractal Define, etc., just to name a few examples.
I have replaced my Fractal Define case with the 7000D. Because the case is better ventilated, the temperatures are lower and I can run the fans at 50%. 👍
The Fractal got so hot that after 40 minutes the room had turned into a sauna.
