Addendum: Interestingly, the 32 inch TV can be set so that the displayed picture is switched off when the room is darkened. I hope that the sensor could indeed recognise movements and different degrees of light, but that Samsung has not implemented this in the software. However, I wonder if there is a sales reason for Samsung to equip the smallest TV the most poorly.
The German Samsung site does not note that the 32-inch TV has no motion sensor, no adaptive adjustment to ambient light and no ambient function. On the US site, there are very small footnotes indicating this. I think this is totally out of order from Samsung.
Hello Bruno
We asked ourselves the same question yesterday and researched for quite a long time. Then we found the info that the 32" (2020) doesn't have a motion sensor at all. Can anyone from digitec confirm that this version really does not have a motion sensor?
