How high (cm) is it at the smallest level? Did I understand correctly, on the thread I can attach my Canon camera instead of the ring light, for example?
You can mount a camera, but such a wobbly lamp tripod is not suitable for long exposures and the like. There is a reason why there are camera and lamp tripods.
