Question about Hammerbacher Series O
How exactly does the height adjustment of the table work? Is it possible to adjust the height of the table with a fully packed tray without any problems, or do you have to adjust the height in pairs so that everything doesn't slide off the table?

This certainly does not work "without problems". The feet are set at one height with two fastening screws each. With a full tabletop, it would probably only make sense for three people to do it, and the first two would have to hold out for some time while the third person reassembles. Alternatively, you could put the table on trestles, then it would probably work alone...
