Question about Roborock S5 Max
How does this thing work, if my network is 5GHZ and the device doesn't support that?!!

If I have understood correctly, it does not work in this case.
Simply search for the device on the router's user interface and set it to 2.4 GHz.
I have a Fritzbox, you can choose between 2.4 and 5GHz. The Roborock S5 max does not work with 5 GHz.
