Question about Philips Hue Play Gradient Lightstrip 55"

How does the light work if the TV is flat and straight at the back? The light strip would then illuminate the wall at a 90° angle... is there also a diffusion to the outside? Unfortunately, this is not clear from the product description and the pictures. I am particularly interested in this for the LG OLED 55 G19. I would be grateful for your experience.

I have also installed the Lightstrip on my LG 55". They shine on the wall at a 45° angle and project about 20 cm above the screen, thus extending the TV picture on the wall. They are not flat LEDs and you have to think of it as a round piece of wood cut in half twice, i.e. 1/4. The cross-section looks like a quarter of a piece of pizza. The side of your leg is attached to the back of the TV and the other side looks down on the floor, so there is a 45° beam angle to the wall and also towards the ceiling. The light is always pleasant, looks great and has no delay. The difference to a Philips TV with built-in LEDs is that seven LEDs are always controlled with one colour and not every single LED can reproduce a different colour. However, with over 100 LEDs, this is not annoying.
