How does right to return if I report a defect on the 1st day? Will the 30d period count from when I receive a replacement? I hope I'll get a device without the flaw, and won't need to wait for repair. I considered ordering a new device while returning the one I have but, from what I understand, I'd have to pay 10% for opening the package.
If a service case or a return is registered, the return period stops. The period usually begins one day after dispatch.
If there is a defect, no discount will be charged, otherwise the aforementioned 10% will be charged for opening the packaging.
