Question about WD My Passport Ultra
How does it work with the encryption? Does something have to be installed on the PC or can I "decrypt" the encrypted hard disk on any PC?

The software "WD Security" must be installed on the respective PC in order to decrypt the HDD via password. However, the HDD can also be used without encryption if you wish.
