How does it look when I connect these boxes to my TV? What about the sound? Is it better than the sound of the TV?

It depends on the quality of your TV, of course. However, it is 99% likely that the sticks will sound much, much better than the cheap speakers on your TV. You will especially appreciate the right bass :).
