How do you handle it if I suspect that my cpu has a problem or has this known problem at the moment? I changed my pc at the beginning of the year and installed this cpu but nothing runs smoothly
Install the latest BIOS from the mainboard. Then set the "Intel Default" settings in the BIOS. If the system still does not run without crashing and the other components such as graphics card, mainboard, power supply are not the suspects, simply register the CPU as defective and send it in.
The typical behaviour of a defective I7 13th/14th generation would be irregular crashes in 3D applications such as games or rendering programs. Often with a graphics memory error message or blue screen.
If this is not the behaviour of your computer, it probably has nothing to do with the CPU
Update again your bios now there should be an update CPU Microcode 0x12B released 26Sept 2024. If not, wait or check with your motherboard manufacturer.
