Question about TCL Movetime Family Watch MT42X

I had the same problem. I tried using the IMEI code, but it was not accepted.

Then requested an exchange.

Everything worked with the 2nd watch. When starting the watch, instructions should be displayed automatically (the QR code is included). These instructions were missing on the first watch I ordered.
