How can you state on the product that it has 120Hz, while the manufacturer himself only states 100Hz on his page???

So there atwht 100/120hz.I spent a long time trying to find out what that means.Only their customer service could help me.The TV has 100hz.The software tricks around when necessary and fools us into thinking 120hz.So no,it doesn't say "quite clearly" there.
