The wall brackets are included with the 32" FRAME, so I see no reason to use anything else. The unit is designed to be hung on the wall.

then the part is missing, 2 flat wall flanges, where the tv is hung with diagonal openings so that it can be aligned nicely horizontally, i have the 32er

I have no idea what a vesa standardisation is, but with the supplied suspension the picture hangs seamlessly on the wall, only a small thin cable comes out, which can be concealed without problems
