Exclusively via a Soflow account, but this can become a problem in itself,
Personally, I don't think this Internet account is fully developed, in any case it already had real "quirks" in the 2nd week.
The installation is not as easy as the operating instructions describe, it is important to know that you need a specific key number which is located under the "base plate" as a sticker. If the sticker gets wet, it will quickly fall off or become illegible. If you have managed to set up an account at some point, it can happen that your account tells you that you are not an administrator. Bad luck if, for example, you are at a DIY store and have blocked the scooter using the electronic immobiliser. This is particularly likely to happen if you have WLAN open at the same time, in which case your account may not recognise your own ID from your mobile. You have to make sure that your WLAN and Bluetooth are switched off when you create the Soflow account. In any case, I cancelled the account after 2 weeks due to multiple malfunctions. Of course, this removes the option of electronic immobiliser via mobile, but it's better this way.

Hi, I think if you have a Soflow account and are logged in, you can reset the password.
If you bought the scooter from someone else, they will have to delete the account. Then you can create a new account.
This ensures that a stolen scooter is blocked. Greetings Andreas
