Question about LG 55uh600v
How can I connect speakers with a 3.5 mm jack connection to it? Do I need an adapter for this?

Either it works directly on the TV or LG supplies an adapter, similar to the current Samsung models. But the possibility of being able to connect an appropriate connection or device can be described as a basic need :-)
