How can I activate 120Hz on the Oled?

On the PC, scroll down the settings in the NVIDIA app until the PC 120 Hz resolutions appear. They may not be visible because all the 60 Hz resolutions are at the top.
The HDMI cable must also be able to handle the frequency, which may also be the reason.
Works for me with the RTX 3090 as well as with the old 1080Ti.

Do you have a 2.1 HDMI capable device? For example PS5/XBOX SeriesX / PC with RTX 30 series?
The device recognises the TV and you can activate the 120 Hz in the respective settings.
