How big is the included cooler "AMD Wraith Stealth Cooler"? I can't find any information about it anywhere.

The plastic top part, which houses the fan, has a diameter of approx. 10.5cm, with a nose protruding just above the RAMs, where the plastic part is 5-8mm larger (difficult to measure because the plastic top part becomes thicker towards the bottom). I think you should turn the cooler 180° so that the nose protrudes on the other side.
Height measured from the board approx. 5.2 cm

Unfortunately I can't tell you the measurements ! Would say "normal" size
