How accurate is the temperature setting? Can it be set in increments of 5 degrees or even more precisely?

Unfortunately, I don't find the kettle very practical. The digital display is difficult to use...we never set the temperature.
The appliance has 6 fixed temperature settings 40, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100°C.
40, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 degrees can be selected
