Hm... reading this I assume that both the teleconverter 1.4 and 2.0 do not fit on the X-T2, X-T3 and X-H1.

Both converters should fit the X bayonets of the cameras you listed. There are more restrictions when it comes to the lenses that fit. As far as I know, the following lenses fit: XF 50-140 mm F2.8 R LM OIS WR and XF 100-400 mm F4.5-5.6 R LM OIS WR. I use both with the XF 2.0 teleconverter. I don't know if there are any other suitable lenses. But you can certainly read about them on the Fujifilm homepage.
