I don't know the B560 Express, maybe you give an exact designation, but in general: in the specification, check if a Nvme m.2 slot is already on the board (if so, you can start right away), otherwise I recommend you to install a PCIe card that accepts a m.2 Nvme SSD (bspl article 16647150 from Digitec).
