Hi, Unfortunately I often read that the rollout was too early and the robot performs very strange actions, obstacle detection doesn't work or that the app is very bad. In general, the opinions on the net are clearly peppered with the fact that the robot is very bad. If you ignore the clear Marketing poses. As this is the only robot so far that can overcome the many thresholds (up to 5cm) in my home, I would like to buy it. However, I don't want to spend so much money on a machine that has so many faults. For the money, the machine has to do what it promises. Unfortunately, I can't see any mention from the manufacturer that they have recognised the problems or that they want to do something about them. Do you have any information with a guarantee for a comprehensive firmware update? Otherwise I'm waiting for the competition... There isn't much competition at the moment when it comes to climbing robots.

Everything works extremely reliably for me, with no trace of errors, and certainly not many. The app is excellent and runs stably and error-free - even remotely via the mobile phone network.
Even though I have not yet observed it, I am happy to believe that object recognition is not completely infallible. But it is definitely practical.

Hi you,

We've been using the x50 ultra complete for a few days now and I have to say that I haven't really noticed any of the faults that many people are talking about. It overcomes our thresholds due to barriers (animals/children) without any problems (just rattles a bit) and the app works as it should. I understand the concerns, as it's a lot of money, but I can't tell you anything that's seriously wrong.

Best regards
