Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 4
Hi to you In the comments on the Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 4, I read that the heart rate is measured continuously (in one second intervals) in training mode. Is the heart rate then always shown on the display without any action on my part? Background: I want to set the resistance of my exercise bike according to my heart rate (manually). The exercise bike does not have a heart rate monitor. To do this, I would like to be able to read the heart rate in "real time" (updating every second is sufficient) at a glance, without having to touch the Mi Band 4 or move my arm or switch to the right side of the Mi Band 4 display first. Is this possible?
No, the display only shows the heart rate, which can be called up (at the touch of a button). I only know the continuous heart rate measurement for sleep recording, but this is only possible with the app 'Notify&Fitness' and the history can then also be called up there.
There are two possibilities: If you are in training mode, your heart rate (pulse) is actually measured continuously and displayed on the screen, at least when you lift the watch or tap the display. If you are not in training mode, you can also read the pulse on the start screen depending on the design. The automatic measurement frequency can be set to a minimum of 1 minute.
