Hi, somehow the adaptor doesnt fit into the SMEG plug, is it possible that I got the wrong one? Thank you!

Our Smeg was supplied with a CH plug.

My SMEG was supplied with a CH plug.
It looks like you received an EU plug with a CH adapter.
In this case, the adapter has to be plugged in with a lot of force. Part of it is automatically omitted...
