Hi, I've just bought an X6 Play and I'm looking for a French provider for the esim. I've tried Orange and Free but it doesn't work (you need an esims without a PIN code). Merci de votre aide Karine

I bought x6 with sim works fine. I had x5 esim and it did not work well I changed it. They say it is a network operator problem but it is not so the pin does not change anything. You can also remove it but it's really a problem with the device and esim updates
