Hi, is there any way to buy this laptop with Windows 10 Pro and a US keyboard layout?
Unfortunately no, at the moment it is only possible for us to order other layouts from the supplier for Apple products 😅 There are a few individual cases, but unfortunately there is no Legion 7 with QWERTY included here:

It might be possible for you to order a US keyboard for the desired model separately (from Lenovo or a spare parts portal) and then exchange it with the built-in keyboard.
