Caution. Apple likes to use priority components that are specially designed for their products. This also seems to be the case with the SSD in your Macbook Pro from 2012. You will probably find it difficult or impossible to find an enclosure for this Apple-specific type of SSD. You could probably start with an adapter like this one:
PowerGuard MacBook SSD M.2 NVME AdapterThen you should be able to connect your SSD to the board of this enclosure. But you won't be able to get it into the case. Most enclosures are too narrow for this. For stationary use, i.e. as long as you don't have to transport the SSD in a rucksack or something, this could be the solution.
