Question about Apple Smart Folio

I think W.ambrosio means the product that is resold by a customer and is shown with additional pictures of the open packaging. @W.ambrosio you have to contact the (re-)seller of the product directly, your question here is generally related to the product. :)

The product comes in its original packaging and is shrink-wrapped. I am sure that the product was absolutely new when I got it.

The product is delivered in its original packaging, usually there is a "Used" in the product name if the product has already been opened or used.

PS: In my case, the product was also in its original packaging and shrink-wrapped, as described above.
