Hi, I received this item as a gift a few weeks ago and have been having problems downloading apps ever since. It says that the Smart Hub is updating, but this is not the case. I have already reset the system to factory settings several times and also reset the Smart Hub several times. In the self-diagnosis that you can perform, it says that the connection can be completed with the Samsung Apss check. I have tried it with the wifi and with a mobile hotspot. Is it still the internet or what could be causing this problem? Thank you very much.
