Hi, I have Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H motherboard:

PCIEX16 is occupied with GPU and second slot with PCIEX4 is the same size, can the Delock PCIex13 card connect normally?
On the Gigabyte homepage:

I found under EXPANSION SLOTS that I can use it by changing the BIOS. But is this SLOT compatible with this card from Delock?
Thanks for answer. LG Lukas
Your Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H supports the PCIe x16 slot with full x16 bandwidth for the graphics card and a second PCIe x16 slot, which is electrically connected with x4. The Delock PCIe x16 card to 4x internal NVMe M.2 Key M can be operated in the second PCIe x16 slot (which runs with x4) if you set the PCIe slot configuration to x4 in the BIOS accordingly. The mainboard also supports NVMe SSDs via PCIe adapter cards, and no BIOS modifications are required to use NVMe SSDs via PCIe. Thus, the second PCIe x16 slot is compatible with the Delock card if the BIOS settings are adjusted.
