I have also just installed it and must first deal with whether it is accepted at all. Strangely enough, it is not supported natively, but I don't think it is intended for server operation either ;)

This card has a Broadcom chip which means limited support especially on Linux. I know that ESX is not based on Linux, but I would do some research on Google first.
