Hi Community, I have received the DS20 Pro Plus and it has started to spin round and round even though there is nothing in the way. Does anyone know the problem or the cause? I've already remapped 5 times and cleaned all sesnors, it keeps happening. Thx

Our robot is now about 1 month old. I have not experienced this problem. I would ask the manufacturer.

We bought ours maybe 3 weeks ago and we don't face the similar issue, it does exactly what it should.
