Hi all, will these rams fit on my 2018 Asus ZPrime 370-A? I currently have hyper X 2x4GB 2166MHZ 1.2V, I would of course take these out before installing the new ones.

Yes, that fits. Activate XMP 1 or 2 in the BIOS, otherwise they will only run at 2133 MHz.
Somewhere in the BIOS, the SPD information of the memories is probably displayed; there you can see whether XMP1 or 2 must be activated. If you set it incorrectly, the mainboard may no longer boot; then a CMOS reset will help.
I also recommend doing a BIOS update.
