Hi all, I have an EOS R and a Sigma 70-200mm 2.8 APO DH HSM, would that fit or is it not possible because of the adapter ring I need for the EOS R? Many thanks in advance

Yes, it can make a difference, but it's going to make your camera considerably heavier, plus there'll be a big loss of brightness, so it's not worth the risk.
